Domino Server All Releases Windows 2000


I am trying to configure the Domino controller for one of my servers. If I use the java console from my laptop to the server, I get a "server not responding" error. However, if I use the java console on the server, I am able to connect to the controller. I doublechecked and see that the controller is listening on localhost rather than it's assigned IP address.

Can anyone tell me what I must do in order to configure the controller to listen on the proper IP address?
